The result? The health and nutrition world is utterly chaotic, conflicting, and frustrating to most of us. People are more confused than ever about what to eat and how to have a happy relationship with food. No wonder we just want to leave it all behind and busy our sorrows in a carton of ice cream! Believe me - I've been there.
